Khabir provides a marketplace that connects clients with independent experts. These terms govern your use of the platform and services provided through it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, clicking “I agree”, completing payment, or using the platform, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
“Client” asks questions, “Expert” answers, “Content” includes questions, answers, profiles, messages, and other materials, and “Platform” means our website, apps, and related services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the platform.
4. Accounts and Security
Keep your login credentials secure, maintain accurate account information, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Electronic Communications and Changes
You consent to receive notices electronically. We may update these terms by posting changes; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Platform Role and Expert Relationship
The platform is an online venue connecting Clients and Experts. Experts are independent service providers, not employees or agents of Khabir. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee any Expert response, and we are not a party to Client‑Expert communications or transactions.
7. Public Content and Confidentiality
The platform is a public forum. Content you submit may be visible to others and indexed by search engines. Do not post sensitive or confidential information.
8. Informational Only; No Professional Relationship; Emergencies
Expert responses are informational and do not create a professional relationship (e.g., doctor‑patient or attorney‑client). For emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the platform, including by violating laws, infringing rights, impersonating others, bypassing security, scraping/crawling, using automated access without permission, or using the service to compete with Khabir.
10. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Paid services are subject to pricing at checkout. You authorize applicable charges. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund for payments made in the last 7 days; subscription refunds apply only to charges within that window.
11. Ratings and Feedback
You may be asked to rate services. Ratings are user opinions and do not guarantee outcomes. We may use feedback to improve the platform.
12. Promotions and Credits
Promotional credits or discounts may be offered at our discretion, may expire, and are non‑refundable unless required by law.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform, enforce these terms, or comply with law. You may close your account at any time; some obligations survive termination.
14. Intellectual Property and User Content License
The platform and its content are owned by Khabir or licensors. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the service.
15. Third‑Party Links and Services
We may link to third‑party services. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
16. Availability and Data
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or preservation of data. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Khabir is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Khabir harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your content.
20. Compliance, Export Controls, and Sanctions
You agree to comply with applicable laws, export controls, and sanctions and represent that you are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction or on a restricted party list.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in your jurisdiction. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration through a mutually agreed arbitration provider after notice to , and you waive the right to participate in class actions.
22. Miscellaneous
These terms are the entire agreement and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign these terms; you may not without our consent.
